Check-In and Check-Out Procedures


Check-In
To ensure that your child is checked in safely and quickly when you arrive at camp, please review and adhere to the following procedures:
  1. Follow the Parking signs - Parking is allowed only in the designated area
  2. Proceed directly to the Check In Tableentry into the dorms is not allowed prior to Check-In.
  3.  Check-In Table is located outside each dorm unless inclement weather. If raining, checkin will be in Dining Hall.
  4.  Check-In will begin promptly at the scheduled time for each camp session See Confirmation Letter or Things To Know About Camp for Check-In times.
  5. If you have a balance due, please have fee payment ready 
    1. Checks should be payable to Roanoke Christian Camp or RCC
  6. Wristbands and Bunk Name Tags will be issued for each child
    1. Wristbands will be removed later as instructed
    2. Name Tags should be placed in the holders on each bunkbed
  7. Missions offerings will be collected at during Check-In at Registration Table or at Missionary's display table.
After Check-In, please take your child to their dorm
  • Find a bunk and settle in – no reserving of bunks, please!
  • Be sure to put Bunk Name Tag in holder on bunk 
 When check-in is completed, parents are free to leave.

Check Out
To ensure your child is checked-out safely and efficiently, please adhere to the following drive-through procedures:
  1.  Stop at front gate of camp and announce to Camp Staff the name of the child(ren) you are here to pickup.
  2.  Drive to front of Dining Hall to sign out your Camper, pickup any medication, and get Camper's T-shirt.
  3. Meet your camper outside the Multipurpose Building and browse the Lost and Found table.
  4. Exit camp by driving behind Girls' Dorm to front gate.
